Yin Yoga & Ayurveda
We live in a busy and demanding city and hardly ever pause to look after ourselves. We either don’t have the time or the space.
Yin is also called "slow Yoga", we place the body in postures and hold for long period of time. The stillness helps to create a physical and mental space, where you learn to identify the level and location of tension/stress and work towards relaxation.
The first part of this workshop is dedicated to Yin Yoga to RELAX our body and mind and prepare us to dive into the world of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian holistic medical system, that draws it’s teachings and healing methods from natural remedies for balancing body and mind.
Ayurveda works in five actions:
Yoga, Massages, Food, Herbs and Lifestyle choices
You will learn how to incorporate all five actions into your daily life, to RESTORE lost energies.
