Yoga has been a constant means of relaxation and exercise since I was a young girl. It supported me through my legal studies and long working hours in the City, and Yoga helped me to realise that Law was not the path for me.
I explored my love of Yoga by experimenting with Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar and Bikram, finally discovering a style I loved in Jivamukti and Vinyasa Flow. The joy I discovered when connecting more deeply during practice, inspired me to take my Vinyasa practice to the next level. Private classes with the incredible Mischa Varmuza helped me to progress further and I was overjoyed to get the opportunity to train in India with Quantum Yoga Founder, Lara Baumann and the wonderful Judith Daniel.
I assisted Judith and Lara on the 2016 teacher training, a great opportunity to consolidate my Quantum Yoga training while supporting those studying for their 200hrs. Plus, I completed my own 500hrs, advancing my personal practice and adding a wealth of knowledge and insight into my teaching of the sacred art of Yoga. Next March 2017, I will be co-teaching the Quantum Yoga Teacher Training in Sri Lanka with Founder, Lara and Caroline Graham-Wood.
I am also greatly influenced by my studies with Veda Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Doctor, Ajay Sharma, who has brought Vedic wisdom to my practice and helped deepen my understanding of Ayurveda, Yoga's sister science, which recognises our individual nature and helps us find our true path on this earth.
I teach in London, Goa and beyond, bringing high energy and good vibes to my Quantum Yoga classes. Expect a dynamic, flowing, Vinyasa Yoga, practiced to an uplifting beat, using Ayurveda, the Indian Science of Life, to tune into our body-minds and optimise practice.
I also teach Meditation, Mindfulness, Yin and Restorative Yoga, plus the more meditative Veda Yoga, a Hatha style of Yoga which is deeply relaxing and helps people of all levels to find space and peace within.
I offer private classes for individuals and groups, from the comfort of your own home. I offer yoga for the workplace and can tailor corporate packages to suit the needs of your team. Whether dynamic or restorative, I help students to find their centre, by encouraging a deep connection within. Students of all levels, ages, shapes and sizes can expect to have fun in my classes. You will improve flexibility, strengthen and tone, while also becoming more conscious, mindfully connecting with your inner self.
I’m a huge believer in taking time out for YOU. I love to make time for travel, adventure, festivals, Yoga retreats in beautiful places, meditation and stillness. My secret to success is a healthy, balanced Yogic lifestyle, plus kindness and compassion for yourself and others.
I believe Yoga is a total way of life.

In order to bring you as close to nature as possible we created a Native Retreat in the Darent Valley to help release the Native Spirit. Surrounded by woodland, permaculture and natural swimming streams, the quadrangle trust is an old dairy farm converted into a sustainable family community with beautiful large barns decorated with a rustic english countryside feel.
All food and drinks were created with love by Native Chef Tatu Bearcroft. Tatu uses local food sources where possible and makes both vegan and vegetarian options
