E-RYT 500 & 200 hour: Quantum Yoga. Forrest YTT 200 hour

I believe anyone and everyone can benefit from practising yoga.

My classes enable each student to challenge their own physical and mental limits, developing strength, flexibility, awareness and balance.

My influences include Quantum YogaForrest Yoga, Ashtanga, Yoga Medicine,Kundalini and Hatha yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years, teaching inTulum, Mexico and the UK.

I love yoga because it gives me a sense of wellbeing and focus in my life. I want everyone to enjoy it too.

Yoga provides direction, core strength and vitality. I aim for you to leave my classes feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and progressing with your yoga.

Understanding movement and connecting with your breath helps you discover grace and reach your own equilibrium.
